This coffee has been selected and roasted to be amazing brewed COLD! Each coffee sold comes with a unique eco friendly Riso printed label and a brew guide designed specifically for this coffee.
Tasting Notes
In the cup you will taste bright & punchy lemonade & apricot notes that mellow as the brew approaches room temperature, producing sweet rounded notes of peach ice tea, honey & brandy wine.

The Coffee
We approached Pharmacie early on in 2019 with the idea of sourcing and roasting a coffee to be brewed cold, a coffee with a flavour profile that would suit the slow drip brewing method. After plenty of back and forth we found this amazing washed coffee from Ethiopia, selected it for its brightness and acidity this is a really exciting brew through the slow drip method, paired with a shorter 2hr brew time the output drink is more viscous and strong.
Duromina, which means “to improve their lives” in the Afan Oromo language, is a coffee cooperative in Jimma Zone Ethiopia. Formed in 2010 by local farmers the members acquired and installed a wet mill and began processing fully washed coffee for the first time. Just two years later, an international panel of professional judges would select Duromina’s coffee as the best in Africa and now you get to try it.

This coffee will be roasted the week commencing the 1st July, if you place an order before then please wait and expect delivery to be after this date.
